  Female factor assessment

  1. Ultrasonography

    USG by transvaginal and abdominal probe for anatomical and functional evaluation like ovulation study.
  2. Hormonal assays

    For assessment of hypothalamic-pitutary-ovarian axis and thyroid various hormones are done.progesteron in mid luteal phase provides information on ovulation and corpus luteum function.
  3. Endometrial biopsy

     Useful for endometrial dating and finding intrauterine inflammatory states.
  4. Hysterosalpingography

    HSG is useful tool for assessing the uterine cavity,tubal patency and morphology.
